All standard KDP sizes (5"×8", 5.25"×8", 5.5"×8.5", 6"×9") plus custom sizes for IngramSpark, Lulu, and other platforms. Just let us know your preferred trim size in the order form.

We handle complex layouts — illustrated books, poetry, cookbooks, children's books, academic works with tables and figures, and books with footnotes or endnotes. Complex formatting may affect turnaround time.

Yes — we format for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble Press, Kobo Writing Life, Google Play Books, Lulu, and Draft2Digital. Each platform has different specs, and we deliver files that meet all of them.

We offer both individually or as a bundle. You can request just an eBook (EPUB), just a print-ready PDF, or both together.

For eBooks: reflowable EPUB, print replica or fixed layout, active table of contents, working hyperlinks, proper chapter breaks, embedded fonts, image optimization, and device testing on Kindle Previewer. For print: PDF/X-1a compliant file, correct margins per trim size, page numbering, headers/footers, transparencies, flattening, barcodes, full cover issues, interior issues, font issues, images issue, etc.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Depending on complexity, it may take up to 72 hours maximum. We pride ourselves on being fast and precise.

1) You submit your manuscript and specifications. 2) We comprehensively diagnose your file and contact you with our findings. We will detail all errors found and provide the fee for the fix. Once approved, we will fix the issues. 3) You receive the finished files via email. If revisions are needed, we handle them promptly and will discuss the work with you until you are completely happy and the case is resolved.

Once you receive the final file, you should proceed to publish immediately. You have 96 hours (4 days) from delivery to contact us if the platform rejects the file; within this window, we will fix formatting rejections for free. However, if you contact us after 4 days, or if you request optional author revisions to an accepted file, an additional fee will apply based on the scope of the new changes.

Yes — same-day express delivery is available. To jump the queue and have your project fixed on the exact same day, there is a $100 expedite fee (in addition to the regular cost of fixing your file's errors). This $100 fee must be paid upfront to start the expedited process. You can select the expedite option when submitting your form.

No — an ISBN is not required for formatting. However, if you plan to publish on IngramSpark or use a barcode on your print cover, you'll need one. KDP provides a free ISBN option, or you can purchase your own.

100% — all formatted files are yours permanently. We never claim any rights to your content, designs, or formatted output. You can use them on any platform, re-upload them, or modify them however you wish.

Our primary service is formatting, but we can guide you through the upload process on KDP or other platforms if needed. We'll make sure your files are correctly configured for successful submission.

That's our specialty. Send us the rejection email and your manuscript — we'll diagnose the exact issue (margins, fonts, images, file structure) and deliver a corrected file that passes review.

In our experience, yes. Most repeated rejections are caused by compounding issues — fixing one reveals another. We do a comprehensive audit of your file to catch all problems at once, so you don't go through multiple rounds of rejection.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment is processed after your files are ready. We will send you a secure link to your corrected files, and you will submit your payment to download them. All prices are in USD.

Formatted files are delivered via email (or WeTransfer for large files). You'll receive your EPUB and/or PDF ready to upload directly to your publishing platform of choice.
